We do not need certain functionalities. Can we purchase subscription only for the features that we need?
Yes.ProcuSphere has a toggle on/off capability. We can toggle off the functionalities you do not need. However, the subscription fee remains the same. Should you want to customise the solution, we can discuss the scope and provide a separate quote for the revisions.
Do suppliers need to pay fees to use ProcuSphere?
No. All suppliers are free of charge.
How many users are allowed to register per supplier?
Unlimited users.
Can we receive training and assistance while on a free subscription?
Yes. Just complete the Contact Us form and we will book you for training.
Can we get access to the raw data?
Yes. One Application Admin access may be provided upon request. Using Admin access, you are able to download or access raw data.
Can customers have access to API for potential integration with other applications?
Yes. API access may be provided upon request.
Can ProcuSphere be used by overseas suppliers that do not have ABN?
Yes. Overseas suppliers can register using their foreign Tax ID.
I am not in Australia. Can I sign up for ProcuSphere Support?
Yes. Just complete the Contact Us form and we will reach out to you.
How quickly will you fix my issue?
That depends on your issue. The problems that application or service developers encounter vary widely, making it difficult to predict issue resolution times. We can say, however, that we'll work closely with you to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
